I need an advice please,I am a Nigerian mom nd have 2 kids,imy man is in Belgium with f+ card and currently in a living together with a woman but they are about to be separated.Now,i am pregnant for him nd i and his two kids i brought on my own without his help are in Belgium too and he wants to claim the 3 of us nd the baby when he is born because we have no documents here yet.
Now my question is Do you think,i and my kids can be documented when he claims us with his f+ card?
He has being in Belgium for over 5 years nd working deligently.

At the risk of stating the unpleasantly blatantly obvious, if this man you've chosen to have several children with is really so keen on abandoning his current sidekick to make you his life partner after all, be a proper father, and bring you all to Belgium, then he'd have seen you right by now.
