Who does the Service Public Emploi fédéral, Travail et Consternation sociale answer to? Who are their bosses? I am having a HUGE labor problem and they are not helping me, so I would like to go above their heads if I can? Can anyone help? Thank you.

Don't you mean Concertation Sociale? Consternation is what you feel when dealing with them, so I understand the lapsus.

Yes indeed. I have ONLY been here a bit over 5 years and I could fill volumes of books with the wrongdoings. However, the positives still outweigh the negatives, so I stay.
