Hi Everybody, I have a problem with my Junkers boiler. I need a a Junkers (Belgium company) technician to come to repair it. Problem is the after sales service is abysmal. Had to call and recall for an appointment and could not get one. Eventually via the Internet I got an appointment, practically 3 weeks (without heating) after initial contact. Anybody have experience of this cpmpannies service? Just wondering if I would be best installing a new boiler.
That's strange that they gave you an appointment only after 3 weeks!!!
