house cleaning for departure

I have used the search engine but cannot find one company that has been recommmended. I need a company that can do a full house cleaning and, more importantly, clear attic and garage of items to be discarded (not for salvation army etc). Has anyone used such a service they were happy with? I'm aware I can check the yellow pages, etc but I'm looking for a recommendation. Thanks in advance.
