Incessant barking
Question
Once again forced to endure endless barking from floor below. Some weeks ago, after 6 or 7 hours of barking, I stuck a page to owner's door saying I was fed up with their dog. Just wondering should I ask my landlady to deal with it. Building manager is hopeless. It is simply intolerable. Advice please!!
I suppose it's up to your local commune if you have exhausted all other avenues.

If not then look on your local communes website although I never received a response from mine when I made a complaint.
Do talk to your landlord first and even try and meet the owners if you can.
