Two questions please:

When calculating the rent indexation via the form on Statbel, what is the amount to be entered as rent - is it the current rent amount or is it the initial rent amount that was asked at the time of signing the lease?

Who can provide an energy certicate (PEB) for an apartment in Brussels? What does it cost to obtain one?
