ING card reader thingy

Question

Hi,

My ING card reader thingy has broken, and so I am now helpless to do anything with my account until a new one arrives - it could be up to 10 days. (I don't have a credit card, so can't pay for anything online. However, I do not need advice on getting a credit card. I have a prepaid credit card, but I need my card reader to top it up! Catch 22.)

Does anyone know of a branch which maybe has them in stock, or another way of getting one quicker?

When I got mine in the mail it didn't work, so I just went down to my branch and swapped it. However, the best might be if you call your bank in advance to check if they have it otherwise make them find one at another branch
