Insomnia
Make sure you get some physical exercise during the day - at least and hour's worth. Then if you can't sleep when you go to bed try listening to an audio book on an iPod or similar. I find that with the lights out, i fall asleep before i get to the end of a chapter, no matter how good the book is. Hope this works for you. of course if you can figure out what is causing the insomnia in the first place and remove that from you life you would be better off. good luck
Insomnia is a sleep disorder seen as a difficulty falling asleep (initial sleeplessness) or staying asleep (center insomnia) or by earlier awakening with an inability to return to sleep (terminal insomnia). A sleep problem such as insomnia can lead to day time drowsiness, reduced concentration, along with a lack of feeling refreshed or relaxed upon awakening. You can start dropping off to sleep while doing something like traveling. Insomnia can be caused by regular stress and anxiety or secondary through depression. 50% of the population experiences this a one time or another. 10% possess chronic insomnia.
