International Parcel Delivery

Hi, everyone!!!
I have a question about international parcel delivery
from abroad to Brussels.
Last November I ordered Samsung Notebook from Korea
and it arrived at Belgium. But it was not delivered to me
until now, March 2013. Almost 3 and half months have passed
since its arrival here in Belgium.
I sent e-mail to B-post and received a reply saying that
it had been seized for inspection and customs service will
send a note introducing next procedure.
However I didn't receive any letter from the customs office or
B-Post. It really makes me crazy. The brandnew computer beacame
old-fashioned now.
Would you tell me how I should do to receive my normal parcel
in this case ?
