I have a 'mailbox' on skynet ei xyz@skynet.be (Belgacom) I haven't been using this for some time and have in the meantime signed up with VOO. Cant get accesss now to this mailbox - is this a problem for VOO or Belgacom to sort out ? or is it only possible have this mailbox when subscribing to Belgacom ?

Since you have signed a new contract with VOO, so your email address with Belgacom won't work anymore. So please create another email address with VOO, just configure your Microsoft Outlook with a new email address with VOO.
