Hello,

Maybe someone has encountered the same issue, i am an appartment owner, for the passed 2 years the compnay managing the building keep sending my Bill reminders, despite me sending emails & recorded delivey letters & evidence (note that i have had one reply from 7 of the letters sent) they keep coming back with the same issue even though the evidence is clear. All email communication & recorded delivery letters have been documented.

Where can i obtain free legal advice?

Normally, when you get a reminder for a bill, you pay it - you don't send a letter back.
Or are you saying they have paid the bill? If so, ignore it, and when you get a bailiffs letter, show the evidence of payment to the bailiffs, and they will deal with Trevi.
