ISTA is an European company, with a Belgian subsidiary, which does the meter reading - for example your (central) heating.
They do the reading, do the (final) calculation of your comsumption and communicate it to your landlord ...and this takes a while (e.g. 1 or 2 month/s or more).

# 3 - your will get your deposit back when your landlord has ALL invoices regarding your rented apartment and as May is in the middle of the year this can take until end of the year.
Re to my knowledge (others, please correct / confirm! thank you) the landlord can hold your deposit up to a backlog of 5 years charges. This depends how long you rented.

and FYI: just use an internet search machine and Google translate to get info. Found both quickly.
