Italian lessons/conversation

I need to reboot my Italian! I have done several years of courses, live part-time in Italy (where a number of my interactions are now in English as locals like to practice). I feel stuck if not regressing.
I would prefer one-to-one (preferably face-to-face)sessions, review grammar whilst expanding my vocabulary.
