What type of jobs? I normally look on www.jobserve.com but then again I am a IT contractor. To be more helpful I would need more information.

Some ways to start searching:
-Make use of the search engine (e.g. Google) and look for job boards (in Dutch " vacaturesites") where you can find all kind of jobs
-Type a direct search call via a Google.com. For example, "coach Utrecht"
-Use niche job boards for more specific jobs. E.g. http://www.parttimevacatures.net , http://www.vacatureslimburg.net, etc.
-Make use of social media platform specialized in job opportunities
