Kiala

I am unable to open a Kiala account - server error when i try to send off the completed forms. The local Kiala agents are less than helpful, why should they be, I guess but I cannot find a phone number, help line or email address so i can put the problem to them and get help.

Anyone had similar problems? Any ideas? I am running chrome under windows 7
