Dear All ,
End April 2022 will make me 5 years in Belgium with A card owner of my company , my lawyer applied for L card last week by the time im not yet 5 years , he told we can apply and the city hall will check the file within 3 weeks and then will send to Brussels and will take 5 months .
Can anyone tell if the lawyer is right ?
