Landlord forcing payments
Has anyone faced 'extra costs' at the end of a year above our monthly communal cost - with little info provided despite request, including building & garage maintenance? Despite our normal tenant contract, our landlord ALVA is continuously avoiding supplying correct/sufficient details as to why tenants are liable. Short of going to court, I'm assuming we've no ground to object.

Whe maintanence above normal charges is eneded its the landlord.
For inatcne our elevator needed repair. The woners have to pay nto the tenants so it had to wait for a meeting and they decided to pay. We weren't laible for anything and even could have got something back for our discomfort...
Landloard have to give factures or proofs of all officials bills like water at the end of the year to prove you owe what you owe. If you don't pay and they try to go to court then they'll ahve to prove they supplied these.
