People I know have used your services and were NOT satisfied at all ; they and others haven't learned a lot at your language school .....Also it is very expensive.
I do believe some government members stil not speaking good flemish also went to your language school?

We are sad to read that some of the people you know haven’t been satisfied with our courses, since we do intensive quality follow-up with our customers which allows us to reach a very good 90%+ of satisfaction (our final reports are available on demand). We are very proud of our experienced teachers and our fees are in alignment with the market.
It’s too bad you speak on behalf of somebody, apparently, you have never tried our courses (you’re not in our system)! But you are warmly welcome to experience one of our group classes and see what you in person would think about it. You might be surprised!
The government members who attended our Flemish courses now speak very well, but the others probably went to some other schools. They may even have been taught how to remain silent when facing an embarrassing question.
