Late delivery of UK Sunday Papers

The UK Sunday papers, which used to be in the shop at 8am, now seem to get delivered sometime between 9am and 11am on Sunday morning, to my usual newsagent in Merode.
As we were always used to having Sunday breakfast with a newspaper, this situation, resulting in multiple trips to the shop on sundays, is not good.
Can people say if this late delivery is a general problem throughout Brussels or if there is a shop, not too far from Merode where delivery is reliable and early?
The situation has got a lot worse in the past six months.
