Le certificat d'immatriculation
I just noticed that the PINK document (Le certificat d'immatriculation) with my car has the previous owners name & details on it.
Is this wrong? And if so where do i go to change this?
I have since buying from the previous owner insured the car in my name and changed to license plates. I find it weird that the pink document still has his details.

However, given that you already have new plates, the correct pink document must exist somewhere. First port of call would be to call your insurance company.
It is not abnormail to find the old pink cert, you will observe that it is perforated. If you registered the car in your name you received a new pink cert, look a little further !.
The new pink certificate would have been in an envelope enclosed in the same packet as the new immatriculation plate for which you had to pay 20 euros when it was delivered.
