Yes, you can, but it depends on your dog. Strictly it's illegal but nobody pays any attention to it if your dog isn't causing trouble, not even the forest ranger service.

Just do it. If you have a particularly viscous and nasty dog, make sure you have good insurance.

i do not particularly like dogs and i guess they sense it and they dont like me either. so out of respect for people with the same issue please follow the law and keep your dog on the leash. i understand they need to excercize so put your runners on and jog with them.

i only like them when they are on BBC in a nice documentary.
