I have been in the same situation for some time and have explored a wide range of options.
The bottom line is that it seems to be impractical.
In most cases I would be without the furniture for up to 10 weeks.
In most cases they would not repair but would replace the leather so that I would end up with a different sofa on the original wooden frame.
In most cases it would be cheaper to buy new - one quote was for over €4,000.00.

Hi KASSEISTAMPER,

I just moved to Brussels and my leather sofa got scratched in the transport.

I wanted to ask if you could give me more details about the option you have explored for your problem? Names, numbers, addresses, so I can ask if they can help me with my sofa?

I urgently need some quotation to send to the insurance company, other wise they will not pay for the reparation.

Thank you very much!

Hi Maria. We also just moved to Brussels and our leather couch was slightly damaged during the shipping. I need to get a quote to fix it for the shipping insurance and was wondering if you found a place.

Would love hearing from you about this if you did!
