leaving belgium

First you need to de-register from the commune and, as far as I know, all other authorities on the federal level will receive this information. But check also with the tax authorities additionally, with the mutualite, and with your bank (if you had pension savings, you need to know how to proceed).

sheesh...I've left belgium...ummm...lets see...for contracts in London...Johannesburg, Singapore, Tokyo, Amsterdam, USA,...around germany, france, holland....never told anyone I was leaving. And if you're in another country...I don't really think they care.
