I'm attempting to leese a parking space in Uccle but I'm not sure what all my responsibilities are. The woman interested in the space has asked me to provide a number plate for the space that matches her car's. Is it normal for the landlord to provide these?

My landlord put up a number plate both for my car and for my motorbike on his own initiative. It's a nice gesture, it marks the spot and it won't cost more than 10 EUR and maximum one hour of your time.
