Legalizing a photocopy
Question
I'll be legalizing an original diploma for someone at the ministry of education and the foreign ministry, but I'll also need to legalize a photocopy so I can mail it. So what do I need to do? For example, can I first have the photocopy legalized as an authentic copy, and if so what is the easiest or surest way to do that? Many thanks.
This has been asked many times before and it seems that, like so much in Belgium, it depends where you live.
My commune will do it for you - make the photocopy, put official stamps on it and charge you a couple of euros. Other communes do it free of charge, still others don't do it at all.
