Hello,
I keep receiving post for the previous tenant although his name no longer appears on the post box. There are letters even from the police. What am I supposed to do with them?

I get loads of them, the lady came around once but hasn't bothered to cancel her mail.
All I do is bundle them up and put "not at this address" on the letters crossing out the name on it and put it in a post box.
