leuven university

I am a nurse frm india but live in belgium now.i am yet to gt nursing registration here in belgium but i came across this programme by leauven university which give trainin to nurses frm other country and help to get registration.Does anybody know more about united colour of nursing programme by leauven university?? Any idea about where I should contact first? Thanks..
