Living in Overijse

Hello, we're considering to buy a house in Overijse and there are some concerns that we want to ask for advices. We're non-Eu with limited dutch, we speak mainly English and ofc we're planning to learn Dutch in the near future, but it will take sometimes (we are not great in learning new language btw). As a non-EU, paper work for us has always been a pain. therefore, We would like to ask if the munipacity of Overrijse is foreigner friendly such as if they willing to speak english to you if your dutch is not good and how is the general attitude toward foreigner.
