Loan and insurance

is there anyone who can advice on a morgage loan and morgage insuarnce in belgium? i understood from people around that you need to shop in a few banks to get the best %. how does it go with the loan insurance? do you take it in the same bank as the loan? what is the best option?

does anyone have experience with immotheker? they seem to be very helpful.
