Looking for: Free carton boxes, and sheets to protect the floor
Hi, We will move in about 3 months. I'm starting to check if anyone has (or will have) free boxes to offer by then?
I am available to pick them up of course. Preferably in flat format and hoping for larger (and a bit stronger) than ones I could pick in supermarkets.
Also, we will need sheets of thick carton to protect the flooring in our new house.
If not for free, do you know any alternative cheap option for this (warehouses? carton factories..?) I am not sure if I will hire a moving company who offers the boxes for free.

Have you tried Freecycle? There is often somebody on there looking to get rid of moving boxes.

Go to Colyrut... at the entrance they have lot of boxes for free. We made several trips for the banana boxes. Best move ever and totally study with hand holds.
