Make a Youtube vid of what you do and post it to relevant groups on Facebook (like "Cherche musiciens Bruxelles" or "Brussels hard rock", etc)
Maybe drop a note at the Nova Noise in Schaerbeek. they have rehearsal rooms and host open mic sessions every week if I remember correctly. Lots of musos there.
