Looking for a place to stay
We are a married professional couple looking for a place to stay in Brussels within the next 2 months. Quiet no smokers and with stable jobs - baby on the way. Ideally it should be in 30-45 minutes commutable distance to the institutions (Schumann area). We are looking for a quiet green area with good parking availability. It can be a house or apartment, but should be min 100 sqm with 2 bedrooms. We also have a small(very clean and well behaved) dog. Rent max 1300 EUR

I would strongly recommend that you book into a flathotel/apparthotel for the first few weeks and then look around to decide where to live. Once you sign a contract to rent here you are tied in - they are usually 3/6/9 (years) and can be very expensive to break. It is hard to say what is 30 - 45 mins from Schuman - as commuting by car or public transport or bike ... makes the difference - if you have a baby on the way - do you need to consider crèches ? Welcome to Brussels and hope you love living here ...
How long are you intending to stay here in Brussels. This is the most crucial question before we can really help you and it isn't like the UK for getting shrt term lets.
