Looking for someone to prune very tall shrubs

Hi, we are looking for someone reliable and professional (with proper experience/papers etc) to prune some very tall shrubs which have got out of control in our garden in the St Michel area of Brussels. Requires proper, safe ladders and equipment.

The shrubs are not tall or strong enough to require a tree surgeon, but are too tall for the ordinary gardener (ie me!) to reach without balancing dangerously on tops of ladders etc.
