Looking for a Swiss "girolle" for tête de moine cheese

Question
Does anybody know where - in Brussels,Uccle,Waterloo, WSL, Auderghem, Boitsfort - I can buy a Swiss "girolle" for making those thin flower-like pieces of tête de moine cheese?

I have seen them for sale in the Carrefour (near the Quick)- at the cheese department - Waterloo!
