Low water pressure

Question

I have low water pressure in two bathrooms on the 3rd and 4th floor of a house. The water boiler tank is on the 5th floor and services the whole house. The water pressure at the mains in teh basement appears to be normal (about 6 bar). Any ideas on what the problem could be or any ideas on who could look at it?

Thanks.

Kerry

It quite likely that the little filters in the taps are full of limescale. If you are handy you can remove them and treat with boiled vinegar or replace them yourself. You'll need to go to a sanitaire shop to buy new ones and the little plastic tool you need to remove the old ones. Otherwise call in a plumber who will do this for you.
