Marriage registration

Hello, After living in Belgium for almost ten years, a year ago i married to my partner ( me Spanish, she is Polish). The Civil ceremony took place in Spain. We still have not done any paper work at the commune. Could you please let me know what steps we need to follow and what kind of papers we need to bring in order to register as married couple in Belgium?
