Question

Can anyone suggest a good company for Mazout which serves the Waterloo area? I believe it is more economical to pay by the month after the first delivery, would that be accurate?

I use these guys:
www.gaillymazout.be
I typically pay for each delivery, rather than monthly, so I don't know how that works, or if it is cheaper.
