I got a quote from them for a small job but didn't have them do the work as the quote I got from a Belgian company was considerably less and they got the job.

I have had dealings with this person. As you mentioned = very expensive - I discussed prices which he was not very happy about. However work was carried out to the roof = one month later it has started to leak. Contacted the company and was assured it would be dealt with = having been promised a 10-year guarantee. Telephoned for days - no reply. Went to the address given on the ad - obviously has disappeared. Never, ever use this person or company.
