Medius Prepaid Mastercard

I responded and applied to an advertisement for a Medius Prepaid Mastercard and recieved an email asking for a copy of my utility bill, bank account information, copy of ID/passport etc.

I would appreciate any feedback if you are using such a card before I proceed since I do not wish to make the mistake of supplying personal information to the "uknown".
