Men's clothing

Question

Can anybody help me? I'm looking for somewhere to buy clothes for work. The dress code is smart-casual but anything goes really. While I have purchased clothes in Brussels before, I find the quality of the clothing very poor. So can anybody suggest where I could purchase clothes of reasonable quality which won't fade, rip or tear easily? I live in Brussels city centre so central locations are best.

Are you mobile? And can you afford to wait two months?

I buy virtually all my clothes in the July and January sales at a shop in Wolvertem called De Cock. It is a great shop with fabulous bargains in the sales. A lot of big name labels like Hilfiger, Boss, McGregor etc at eye watering prices. Plus lesser known but great brands like Roy Robson, Cast Iron, Sun 69, Scabal and the fabulous Le Dub shirts.

It may seem like a long way out but once you’re on the A12 at the Pont Van Praet it’s no more than ten minutes. It has parking and it’s always quiet, even at the height of the sales. It’s on the main road between Merchtem and Grimbergen/Vilvoorde, although a new one-way system has complicated things a bit.
