Mobile world sim reload

Question for any mobile world customers out there:
I have always reloaded my mobile world sim online, but in the last week the page goes to a broken link. The customer service phone number is not working either.
I heard that the company was bought over by Base last year, is it possible to buy vouchers it at Base stores?
