We rent a fifth-floor apartment and just discovered a patch of greenish gray -- presumably mold -- in a corner of the baby's room. Can anyone recommend a good English-speaking mold removal expert? TIA

As you rent, it is probably advisable to contact the landlord as the mold may come from leaking pipes or roof beyond your apartment and if that is the case, insurance will handle the issue.
