Money matters/debts, etc..

Hi there,
I have got myself into a bit of a problematic financial situation where I am dealing with baliffs.....
I see that even I have been making payments to them, I see that what I have paid soon gets consumed by interest - I realise that making an offer as to say in order to pay-off at a reduced amount is possible. For me this is not an option.

I am seeking guidance from some form of adviser so would anyone know or heard of any form of "advisor" that can advise/act on your behalf to negotiate?
