Question

Hi all !
Myself and partner have some money problems and we're getting in over our heads.
Recieved letters, stating that thing will get serious and have been contacting the originators asking for repayment plan and offering an amount that we can ony afford and they refuse.

Is there such a service/organisation that we can go to, seek advice and then if need be ask them to "mediate" on our behalf ?

There are services for specifically this purpose. Your local CPAS should have one; there are also independent advisers.
