Mortgage Loan

Looking for a mortgage to buy a property in Brussels.

1) Can anyone recommend a broker/ bank? Immotheker i see is being advised on here. Any other recommendations?

2) 100% mortgages, are they a thing of the past? Hoping for a -/+ 110% mortgage to assist with the additional purchase fees (notary, taxes etc...).

3) Has anyone ever used ODPH or PRET, they 'seem' to offer 125%.

4) Any experience with Record Bank?
