Moved to Liege

Good day all.
I recently moved to Wallinie (Liege) After living 10 years in Flanders (Antwerpen). The police have come to check and am fully registered at the local commune. It is quite a very different style from Antwerpen. Please any idea how to get information online on social systems, useful apps to download to help me get more info how the govt’ system works here.
