Hi can anyone tell where can i buy moving boxes and does someone know how can i move my boxes to another country via cargo shipping thank you.

Try Dockx Rental, you can buy moving boxes at any of their stores.
As for cargo shipping, try one of the removal companies. Some of them advertise on this site and will also provide boxes if needed.

For the cargo shipping part of your question -- you can ship personal goods using a freight forwarder, as long as it isn't crossing a customs boundary (if it's staying within the EU for example). Otherwise, you need to declare every single type of goods, its sales value on a commercial invoice...this will mean paying a lot in duties and taxes, potential customs delays, and you'd be better off hiring an international moving company since freight forwarders are not used to shipping personal items. I believe there are international moving companies that use ocean freight and are fairly inexpensive (although it can take a long time to arrive at destination)
