My employer has hundreds of heavy duty boxes spare -- but would want payment - I guess around 72x44x38 double corrugated and very strong; And about 100kms from brussels :-)

You can get banana boxes for free at any supermarket (Colruyt, Carrefour, Delhaize). Just go early in the morning, so you are first. I heard the "frites" boxes at Quick are great for books.
