New Year’s Eve party with live music and dinner in one of the chiquest restaurants in central Brussels

I'm a 49 year old decent looking, well mannered, Flemish and English speaking banking professional from Brussels. I made a reservation at one of the chiquest restaurants in the centre of Brussels for a New Year's Eve party with live music and dinner on 31st December for myself and my friend, but unfortunately she informed me last minute that she cannot make it.
