Newspapers

For a couple of years we had our Sunday papers delivered very efficiently by someone called Solange Genro. About 2 months ago, she ended the service very suddenly saying that she would refund any outstanding amounts to subscribers. I have emailed her since, with no response and have so far received no refund. Has anyone else experienced similar issues?
